![]() ![]() There is a reason Gym's charge high monthly rates, and it is because their equipment is expensive! I'm afraid there is not such thing as a bargain anymore only expensive imitation and copy cat products. Also, it costs just over £10, what do you expect?! If you want amazing quality good then your going to have to pay top prices. The material is cheaper than the Iron Gym but as you are only a few feet from the ground I can't see any health risks. Yes, the seller lied, deceived and has used 'fake' pictures of the item hey are selling, something you expect from eBay NOT Amazon. , Box and Instructions damaged but efficient seller. However, this is nothing a bit of duck tape can't strengthen. The main bar may prove to be weak as it is in two sections with nothing (not even a clips inside the bars) holding them together so your weight is resting on the plastic bar at the top. The pads are comfortable (one is a bit loose) and i feel safe using the product. The item fits inside my door frame and hold my weight. I didn't have this problem, all screws were present and fit the frame (just). Some reviews have reported having difficulty fitting the Door Gym together. However the damaged instructions suggest the product maybe second hand. The item smells and feels new (just a 'knock-off' version). The item was poorly packaged (just in a large jiffy bag), and the main box was also damaged. It did arrive before estimated date. I think the seller should be more honest about the product they are selling as it is deception. It is a Door Gym not and Iron Gym, also I think the items are second hand, due to poor conditions. ![]() Surprisingly the product wasn't as bad as reviewed. I had read the reviews before so I knew that the product was a FAKE. I could go on, but this is by far the worst product I’ve ever bought from Amazon, and I really don’t trust it not to collapse when being used The paint scratches off when it’s assembled, the spring-loaded push pins are poorly assembled so that they don’t spring back out fully and have exposed sharp edges, one of the plastic caps doesn’t stay in and falls out every time it’s moved The build quality is poor (see images) the bolts supplied are too long so they end up bursting through the nuts that have capped ends when tightened properly I really wish I’d read through the reviews before purchasing rather than going off the overall number of ratings.Īs a previous reviewer has said, this is an imitation of the IronGym product, sent in the original box which had clearly been previously carelessly opened, but did not include any of the items listed on the box, such as assembly tools/guides The door anchor strap is padded with the same cushy neoprene of the ankle straps, which additionally appears to protect the bands from damage.Zrecenzowano w Wielkiej Brytanii □□ w dniu 13 sierpnia 2020 Bodylastics handles added the least extra length to the tubes, a good thing because too-long handle straps can affect some exercises by adding unnecessary slack that shortens the range of motion. The handles feel comfortable and secure in the hands, and were our favorites of all to hold. Like all the sets we tested, the Bodylastics kit provides ample resistance as well as plenty of tension combinations, from very light to quite heavy. Although those numbers don’t really mean much, the labels can help you quickly tell which band you’re handling. They’re labeled on both ends with the estimated weight resistance, in pounds, that they’re intended to provide. The bands themselves appear to be well made, with heavy-duty components and reinforced stitching, attributes that are also highly praised in the overwhelmingly positive Amazon customer reviews (4.7 out of five stars across 5,000 reviews at this writing). If you want the versatility of both handled tubes and superbands, this is the set to get. The kit includes a four-week starter workout program, plus you can purchase additional guidance on the company’s website. These bands provide more resistance than most tubes, and can be stacked for even more tension. The bands alone can be used for assisted pull-ups or for adding resistance to some exercises. The kit comes with two foam-covered handles, which can be clipped onto the bands to give them similar utility as a tube set, plus a versatile anchor that you can use either in a doorjamb or looped around a stationary object (say, a fence pole) for training indoors or out. Instead of tubes, its four superbands-two each of two resistance levels-are large, continuous rubber loops that are more durable and longer-lasting than most molded tubes. Trainers we consulted universally chose this as their favorite kit. ![]() If you use resistance bands as your primary strength training tool, consider the Resistance Band Training Economy Fitness Package.
